Stephen A. Sandler,
Managing Director
Stephen Sandler has over 25 years of general management, financial
management and marketing management experience. He was previously the President of SRK
Group, Inc., a corporate strategy and marketing communications firm, which
served clients including Boston Scientific, Smith & Nephew, Ortho
Pharmaceutical, American Home Products and many start-ups. Prior to SRK, he was Vice President and
Chief Financial officer of Research Media, Inc., a company that developed
sales training programs for the launch of pharmaceutical products. Prior to that, Mr. Sandler served as Vice
President and Chief Financial Officer of National Information Services, a
minicomputer systems company. He
began his career with Peat Marwick Mitchell & Company (now KPMG) where
he passed the CPA examination. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.

Milan Robbins, RN, Managing Director
Milan Robbins has over 20 years of experience in the design and development
of marketing programs and collateral materials. Previously, he served as Executive Vice
President of SRK Group, Inc., a marketing communications firm which served
clients including Boston Scientific, Smith & Nephew, Ortho
Pharmaceutical, American Home Products and many start-ups. At SRK Group, he was responsible for
strategic planning and client services. Earlier in his career, he served as
the Clinical Coordinator for Critical Care at the Sancta Maria
Hospital where he
gained a wealth of clinical experience and perspective. He holds a Certificate in Hospital
Epidemiology from the Centers for Disease Control. Mr. Robbins is a graduate of Merrimack College and the Newton Wellesley
Hospital School of Nursing.

Rosemary T. Kulas, RN, Managing
Director
Rosemary Kulas has over 20 years of experience in the design and development
of marketing and training programs.
She was previously a Project Director at SRK Group, Inc. where she
was responsible for the day to day management of creative and production
activities. Prior to SRK, she was an
Associate Professor at Middlesex
Community College and
a nursing instructor at the Massachusetts General Hospital School of
Nursing. Ms. Kulas is a graduate of
D'Youville College and holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Boston University.
