Stephen Sandler is the founder of VMARK and has over 25 years of experience in providing strategy, marketing, marketing communications, fundraising and due diligence consulting for a life science companies.  Earlier in his career, Mr. Sandler served as the CFO of Research Media, Inc. a company that developed product launch programs for pharmaceutical firms.  Prior to that, he was the CFO of National Information Services, a publicly held minicomputer systems company.  Mr. Sandler began his career with KPMG where he passed the CPA examination.

James Wagner, Esquire has over 20 years of experience in sales management, marketing management and business development with the peripheral vascular, urology and women’s health divisions of Boston Scientific, and in business development with Covidien where he played a primary role in the acquisition of VNUS Medical Technologies for their vascular business.  He has broad international as well as U.S. experience.

Keith Jansen has over 15 years of experience in sales management, marketing management and general management with Boston Scientific, Cortek and Orthofix.  He has worked with minimally invasive products in the peripheral interventions and orthopedic markets.  At Orthofix, he was the General Manager of a combined domestic and international business unit with over $230 million in revenue.

Alan Lucas has over 20 years of high level experience in business development and marketing with ABIOMED, Acufex, Microsurgical, Implant Sciences, Vision Sciences and Simplicity Orthopedics.  He has broad experience in market analysis, product specification, product launch and sales management.  Mr. Lucas has played a major role in both private and public financings.

Milan Robbins has over 20 years of experience in the design and development of marketing programs and collateral materials.  Previously, he served as Executive Vice President of SRK Group, Inc., a marketing communications firm which served clients including Boston Scientific, Smith & Nephew, Ortho Pharmaceutical, American Home Products and many start-ups.  At SRK Group, he was responsible for strategic planning and client services. Earlier in his career, he served as the Clinical Coordinator for Critical Care at the Sancta Maria Hospital where he gained a wealth of clinical experience and perspective.  He holds a Certificate in Hospital Epidemiology from the Centers for Disease Control.

Rosemary Kulas has over 20 years of experience in the design and development of marketing and training programs.  She was previously a Project Director at SRK Group, Inc. where she was responsible for the day to day management of creative and production activities.  Prior to SRK, she was an Associate Professor at Middlesex Community College and a nursing instructor at the Massachusetts General Hospital School of Nursing.
